Your satisfaction is our top priority, we want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from Hemito. We understand that it may be tricky when it comes to choosing a perfect fit apparel when purchasing online.
Hemito is offering 7 days easy return/exchange policy as a protection for all customers.
If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item or if you find that the product does not fit your kids well, you may return your item and a CREDIT VOUCHER will be provided to you after we received your return parcel. You may use it to purchase your preferred item or exchange a different size.
Exchange/Return request must be made within 7 working days start from the date when your order has been completely delivered to your doorstep.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. A return shipment tracking number should also be made available to the Hemito Team via Email or FB inbox.
Please be notified that ALL related exchange/return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
Credit voucher is a code specifically generated for buyer as exchange/return store credit for the next purchase.
The value of the credit voucher will be equal to the price of return product(s). In the case when a discount promo code has been applied, the value of the credit voucher should be equal to the final paid price (after discount). Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.
It will be provided via email. Please check your email for the exchange/return code and amount available.
Credit voucher issued can be used in multiple times. Remaining amount will be carried forward to your next purchases. Buyers are required to use it within the 90 days before the expiration. Credit voucher issued must be applied within the given timeframe, otherwise it will be forfeited.
Buyer could apply the credit voucher code at the checkout session of new purchase to redeem.
Buyers can always check on the balancing amount available via the email received. Select "View Credit Balance" in the email.

Few notes for the Exchange & Return
:: Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
:: Exchanges of size and/or colour after the order has been processed by the Hemito but not yet shipped is strictly not allowed. Please approach the team and check the status of your order.
:: Credit voucher issued must be applied within the given timeframe, otherwise it will be forfeited.
:: Credit voucher code issued can be combined with other ongoing promotion discount code.
:: We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
:: You are accountable for the item until it reaches us. Please hold onto all mailing evidence until we acknowledge its receipt.
:: We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
