Please note that: A shipping confirmation email together with your shipment details will only be updated to you when your order is ready to ship from our local warehouse.
Please also note that preorders are not in-stock items. Estimated time of arrival will be vary due to the shipping service and condition. Orders delayed will be displayed on the status. Our team will try our best to send out your orders on/before the ETD.
Single order consists of pre-order and in-stock products In this case, your order will be delivered together in one parcel based on the lead time stated in "Preorder Status". In-stock items will be reserved for the next customer. Split shipment is strictly not allowed.

7 Days Easy Returns For All Collection
Hemito is offering 7 days easy return/exchange policy as a protection for all customers. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item or if you find that the product does not fit your kids well, you may return your item and a CREDIT VOUCHER will be refunded for your next purchase after we received your return parcel. You may use it to purchase your preferred item or exchange your item for a different size.
What Should I do If I Wish To Request For Exchange/Refund?
Exchange/Refund request must be made within 7 working days start from the date when your order has been completely delivered to your doorstep.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. A return shipment tracking number should also be made available to the Hemito Team via Email, FB inbox or Whatsapp.
How About The Shipping Cost?
Please be notified that ALL related exchange/refund shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
What Is Exchange/Refund Credit Voucher?
Credit voucher is a code specifically generated for buyer as exchange/refund store credit for the next purchase.
The value of the credit voucher will be equal to the price of return product(s). In the case when a discount promo code has been applied, the value of the credit voucher should be equal to the final paid price (after discount). Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.
The validity of the credit voucher is 90 days. Buyer could apply the credit voucher code at the checkout session of new purchase as usual.
Few notes for the Exchange & Return
:: Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
:: Exchanges of size and/or colour after the order has been processed by the Hemito but not yet shipped is strictly not allowed. Please approach the team and check the status of your order.
:: We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed except if there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item.
:: We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
